You'll be responsible for shaping how brands look, feel, and communicate.
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation for clients, partners, and sponsors.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial documents required for audits and compliance purposes.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office administrative activities and ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and company documents.
- Coordinate internal communications and scheduling of meetings.
- Support logistics and administrative arrangements for company events, conferences, and projects.
- Assist with procurement and vendor management processes.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure operational resources are available when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and office management tools.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
