You'll be responsible for shaping how brands look, feel, and communicate.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operational activities across departments.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Support procurement processes, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Help maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Systems & Process Optimization
- Apply systems engineering principles to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in existing operational processes.
- Develop and implement improved workflows, automation, and operational tools.
- Support integration of new systems, software, or platforms into operations.
- Analyze data and generate reports to guide decision-making and performance improvements.
- Technical Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor the performance of internal systems and escalate technical issues to relevant teams.
- Assist in system testing, upgrades, and quality assurance processes.
- Provide user support and training on operational tools, platforms, or dashboards.
- Project Management
- Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Draft project briefs, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles (Entry-level candidates may be considered)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (Excel, Google Workspace, project management software).
- Familiarity with systems modelling, data analysis, or operations dashboards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
